Jaerron Johnson '27 made a catch at the wall in the bottom of the eighth inning to help the varsity baseball team to a 9-8 victory at Collegiate Tuesday, May 5.

Johnson, in his first game back from injury, not only got it done on defense, but also was 3 for 5 at the plate with three RBI.

Connor Lacy '28 had a perfect day at the dish, going 4 for4 with two RBI, and fellow sophomore Palmer Berry delivered a 3-for-5 performance, but was more impressive on the bump, pitching 5.2 innings with six strikeouts and the win.

StC will host Collegiate Friday, May 8 at 4:45 pm looking for the sweep before the VISAA playoff bracket is finalized.
