Giving Creativity a Home

Our recently opened Arts Center and Ryan Recital Hall stand as a beacon of creativity in our community. Renowned for its acoustically superior design, the 450-seat Ryan Recital Hall serves as a captivating space where the talents of both students and outside performing artists and speakers come alive.

An art gallery offers the same opportunities for exposition and inspiration to those engaged in the visual and industrial arts.

The Arts Center's spacious classrooms and studios provide a nurturing environment for students to delve into everything from songwriting and recording to creative writing, expanding their horizons and unlocking their creative potential. It truly is a place where imagination and artistic expression flourish.

The Arts Center

St. Christopher's Arts Center accommodates several state-of-the-art spaces, including:
  • Visual Arts Studio allowing for continued growth in our digital and studio arts programs.
  • A Music Classroom equipped to support student exploration in songwriting, recording, history, theory and music technology.
  • Ensemble Rehearsal Studios that host many of our performing arts groups.
  • Practice Studios for private music lessons, student band rehearsals, small group work and daily individual practice sessions.
  • Ryan Recital Hall where we showcase student work, host speakers, support performing artists in the Richmond community and beyond, and gather frequently for divisional and all-school events.

The Art Gallery

Throughout the year, the beautiful gallery in the Arts Center showcases student art for the community to enjoy as well as frequent shows by prominent local artists. Please check the Arts Calendar for upcoming shows or contact us to visit the Art Gallery.
