Pertinent Info * Grades 7-12 are welcome!!! * Workouts are by individual. Come as often as you can. * Football players are scheduled to lift on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 a.m. after their on-field workout at 7:15 a.m. with the coaching staff. * The strength coaches will stay beyond the ending session time, if needed, but please try to arrive earlier enough to give yourself ample time within the given time blocks. * Specific questions?
