BASKETBALLNick Sherod '16 earned his second All-Metro honor, his first first-team selection. He moved up from the second team after averaging 25 points, 9.4 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 2 steals to lead St. Christopher's to a 22-7 record, and the VISAA state semifinals, both school marks.
He's the school's all-time leading scorer with 2,019 career points.
INDOOR TRACKSeveral Saints made marks and times that earned a spot in the All-Metro rankings, led by junior Brandon Thomas. The sprinter is the top-ranked 300-meter runner (34.68), and is third in the long jump (22-2 1/4) and 55-meter dash (6.52).
Out of 15 events, St. Christopher's had an athlete or group named All-Metro in nine of them.

WRESTLINGJoey Prata '16 earned his second first-team All-Metro selection, this time at 113 pounds. He's a two-time National Preps champion, and put up his second season with 50 wins. He's a two-time state VISAA champion, and three-time Prep League champ.
Second-team members are John Fergusson '15 (170 pounds) and D.T. Badley '17 (Heavyweight). Fergusson was state runner-up, and Prep League champion. Badley won the state and finished third in the Prep League.
