Saints fall to AJC

by Hayden Doyle '27
Wednesday, October 8, St. Christopher’s 7th grade football team faced a tough test at home against a strong AJC team.

From the very start, AJC set the tone with a dominant performance, making it difficult for the Saints to find their rhythm on either side of the ball.

Head coach Stephen Lewis spoke on the challenge, saying, "AJC's leaders really dominated the game and had us on our heels. It was a learning experience that we are determined to improve from."

Despite the loss, there were encouraging moments for the Saints, as the offense showed promise with two well put-together drives.

The Saints will play again Oct. 15 in their matchup at Norfolk Academy.
