After a sluggish offensive start, the varsity baseball team scored five runs in the third inning en route to an 8-1 victory over St. Anne's-Belfield Tuesday afternoon.

Jansen Fraser '12 blasted a two-run homer to right-center field in the aforementioned inning as the Saints took control.

Charlie Yorgen '13 and Giles Thompson '14 each went 2 for 3 at the place with an RBI. Jack English '13 was steady on the mound with eight strikeouts.

The Saints (5-0 Prep, 9-4) will tie up the season series Friday at STAB.
