Lacrosse dominates middle periods

Outscores Albemarle 8-2 in second and third.
After a 5-5 scorefest of a first quarter, the varsity lacrosse team settled down and outscored Albemarle 8-2 in the middle periods en route to a 13-9 victory Tuesday.

John Burke Jr. '14 (Hampden-Sydney) and Fleet Wallace '15 scored three goals each, and seven other Saints reached the net in a balanced offensive effort that has become a nice habit.

Thomas Lynde '15 threw in three assists, as did Burke. Ned Farley '14 was stout in goal with seven saves.

The Saints are on a five-game winning streak and will host Cape Henry Collegiate Saturday at 2 pm.
