Tanner Hood '17 is the Lexus of Richmond Pursuit of Perfection Award Week 5 nominee.

Hood is the second Saint chosen for the award this year, joining Jackson Barkstrom '17.

Hood is a three-year starter with the wrestling team, team captain, and is the reigning Prep and state VISAA champion at 160 pounds. He was a second-team All-Metro selection in 2016.

Carrying a 4.5 grade-point average, Hood has garnered numerous honors, including the AP Scholar Award and West Point Leadership Award. He's also part of StC's chess and philosophy club.
