During summer at St. Christopher’s, your son or daughter can chart their own course for fun and pick up important skills along the way. Mix and match morning and afternoon camps to create a full day with lunch included. Above all, your child will enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience that promotes character, community, health and joy.

Cancelation, Payment and Refund Information:

  • Balances must be paid in full no later than June 1, 2023 to reserve each camper’s registration. Unpaid balances will result in the cancelation of all registrations. The initial deposit(s) are non-refundable. 
  • Camp registrations that are canceled before June 1, 2023 are subject to a $75 cancelation fee, unless another camp is selected for that same week and time. Camp cancelations due to illness will require a doctor's note to be considered for a refund minus the $75 cancelation fee. 
  • Requests to cancel camp registrations after June 1, 2023 will incur a $125 cancelation fee so long as the cancelation is made more than two weeks prior to the start of camp. No refunds will be issued for cancelation requests occurring within two weeks prior to the start of camp. 
  • All programs are subject to minimum enrollment. If, for any reason, a camp does not meet the minimum number of enrolled campers two weeks prior to the start of camp, you will be notified and offered the choice of selecting another camp that week and time or to receive a full refund. 
  • We are unable to accommodate requests to change camps two weeks prior to the camp start date. 
  • Tuition for part-time attendance will not be refunded or prorated, including situations such as dismissal for disciplinary action.
