Saints Swim and Dive hosted 9 schools at their most recent meet on January 13th. The team beat all 9 schools to extend their win streak to 3-0.

The Dive Team started the meet off strong on the boards with Hannah Grace Foltz '24, Isabelle Manetas '26, and Stella Valentine '26 finishing in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th respectively. 

The Swim Team dominated the water with Blair Parker '27 winning her first event in her high school career in the 50 free. Ben Butterfield '25 had an excellent performance off a broken foot winning the 100 back and a close second in the 100 free against one of the state's top swimmers.

The team achieved 33 personal records, with LT Nguyen '27 dropping 1 second in the 50 free and 3 seconds in the 100 breaststroke, and Annabelle Mayer dropping 2 seconds in her 50 free and over 1 second in her 100 backstroke. In addition, there were 38 state cuts, including 8th grader Will Franks, who got a state cut in the 200 and 500 free in his first upper school meet.

The Saint's next meet will be this Friday, January 19th at swim RVA and following that the Saints have senior night Friday, January 26th against Freeman.
