Biking takes on Monticello course

The Saints last race of the year was a hot one up in Monticello. The course had a little bit of everything they have trained for all year. It showed!
 
Jr/Sr Boys
Logan Amey finished 7th in the race and tied for 7th for the year. 
Porter Valerie finished 14th in the race and 19th for the year.
Charles Herlihy finished 19th in the race and 21st for the year. 
There were a total of 61 racers in the Jr/Sr boys section for the year. 

JV Girls 
Claire Tobin finished 11th in the race and 12th for the year. 
Riley Torrence bounced back from an injury that happened in race 2 but had an accident was unable to finish (hoping for a good recovery in the off season).  
There were a total of 22 races in the JV girls section for the year.

Sophomore Boys
William Sutten finished 2nd in the race and 3rd for the year. Back-to-back podium performances.
Ford White finished 8th in the race and 12th for the year.
Matthew Covington was out all week sick and also just recovered from a wrist injury and was un able to race. 
There were 66 racers in the sophomore boys section for the year.

The team finished 10th place for the race and 11th for the year out of 26 teams. 

The Saints are sending Logan, Charles and William to the NICA Eastern Regional Championship Race on Nov. 14 in Elkland, Maryland. Students from NICA leagues in 11 states along the Eastern Seaboard, including West Virginia and Ohio will be represented as well. Go SAINTS!
