The St. Christopher's Varsity Team continues to dominate their opponents. They defeated Norfolk 53-0 in an astounding offensive and defensive punishing. Throughout 4 games, they have scored 169 points while holding their opponents to 13 points. This domination continued against Norfolk. This game was absolutely electric and a huge morale booster for the Saints going into a tough game. 

 

I know it is getting pretty repetitive talking about Joshua Powell '22 every week, but he deserves every bit of it. Following 3 impressive games, Powell returned with a 5 TD passing game, with 4 of those TDs going to Andre Greene '22 (school record). Powell looks to continue with a hopefully impressive showing next week. 

 

Harrison Wood '22 is another name that deserves to get recognized. The lead tackler for the Saints ran up his numbers, recording 7 more tackles for the Saints defense. This Saints defense is one of the best in recent years. As stated earlier, they have held their opponents to 13 points through all 4 games played, a truly impressive feat. 

 

The Saints travel 1 more time to Benedictine on Friday for a rematch of last year. The last time these two teams met each other, Benedictine destroyed the Saints 45-7. The Saints look for revenge this game and look good enough to get it.
