2019 Baseball All-Prep, All-State

Five named All-Prep, four all-state.
The varsity baseball team placed five players on the All-Prep Team, the most of any other school, and four of them made the all-state team.

Patrick Routsis '19, DayMone' Fleming '19, Charlie Vozenilek '19, Griff O'Ferrall '21 and Carter Schmitt '21 were named All-Prep. Routsis, Vozenilek and O'Ferrall were named first-team all-state, and Fleming made the second team.

Routsis, headed to continue his career at Old Dominion, was 6-3 on the mound with 95 strikeouts in 60 innings pitched. He also had 25 hits at the plate.

Vozenilek was 7-1 on the mound with a save, giving up only five earned runs for the entire season.

O'Ferrall had an historic season, batting a team-high .506 and tying Porter Reinhart's school record for hits in a season with 42. He also scored 35 runs, another team high.

Fleming, the clean-up hitter, hit .385 and led the Saints with 30 RBI. Schmitt had 17 hits, but was always on base with 28 walks, first on the squad.
