Basketball takes season opener
Nine players score for the Saints.
The varsity basketball team got the season off to a good start, downing a veteran Christchurch team 53-42 Wednesday night on the road.
Nine players scored for the Saints, including Gabe Jimerson '20 (16 points, 7 boards), Arnold Henderson '19 (11 points, 3 steals) and Walker Wallace '20 (seven points, six boards, four assists, two blocks).
The Saints will open up Scott Gym Friday, Nov. 30 at 6:30 pm against 2-0 Walsingham Academy out of Williamsburg.
