"Poetry Out Loud" competition held in Upper School Library
Six Upper School boys recite poems to compete for the state and national "Poetry Out Loud" competitions in the spring of 2018.
On Friday, Dec. 1 six Upper School boys recited poems, competing for a chance to participate in the statewide "Poetry Out Loud" competition next spring. These boys were the winners of their classroom competitions held in November.
"Poetry Out Loud," held each year at the studios of WCVE PBS Richmond, convenes students from across the state to compete for the title of state champion and to represent Virginia at the national "Poetry Out Loud" competition.
