Indoor track takes Prep League title
First crown for StC since 2011 season.

The indoor track team took home the Prep League championship in dominating fashion Saturday, outpacing Fork Union by 54 points to take the crown.
It's the team's first title since the 2011 season.
StC feasted on the field events led by meet MVP Elby Omohundro '19. He won the triple jump and finished second to teammate Frank Royal '19 in the long jump.
Christian Sherod '18 won the high jump with a personal record of 6-2. Harrison Rice '18 broke his own school record once again, going 15-9 in the pole vault. Jacob Vath '17, Tre' Cloud '17 and Henry Schroeder '18 went 3-4-5 in the shot put.
The Saints also won the 4x8 and the 4x4, and Wyatt Campbell '19 won the 3200.
The Saints will try to duplicate their performance in the state meet Saturday, Feb. 18.
