Soccer shuts out Cadets
Team ties win total from previous season
The varsity soccer team went on the road and took down Benedictine 3-0 Tuesday afternoon.
The victory moved STC to 8-5-3 as the guys equaled the win total from the 2011 team with six regular-season contests to go.
Captain Will Abbott '13 got STC's first-half goal and Hunter Reinhart '16 made it 3-0 after the Cadets scored on friendly fire.
Mohammed Sarhan '14 registered four saves for the Saints, who will visit a good Cape Henry Collegiate team Friday at 4:30 pm.
