Ann Vanichkachorn joined St Christopher's School in 2013 as the Director of Health Services after many years of clinical practice in the specialty of OB/GYN. After obtaining her OB/GYN residency at Pennsylvania Hospital/University of Pennsylvania Health Systems, Ann founded South Hill Women's Health Associates and delivered OB care to several underserved counties in rural Virginia.

In 2004, Ann joined Virginia Women's Center in Richmond until she retired from clinical medicine to focus on family needs. At present, her focus is to bring health and wellness to the school in ways such that learning can be maximized across all divisions. Driven by best practices and validated data, Ann hopes to explore novel ways to best serve our school community.

Ann received an undergraduate degree in East Asian art history from the University of Pennsylvania and a medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
