After graduating from St. Christopher's in 2000, Hamill Jones joined the St. Christopher's faculty in 2006 as an Upper School History Teacher and Coach. During his time at St. Christopher's, Hamill has served as an Advisor, a Grade Level Chair, an Admissions Ambassador, and he is the Head Coach of the Varsity Basketball Team.

In 2004, Hamill graduated from Washington and Lee University with a B.A. in history and Journalism, and he was a three-year Captain of the basketball team. In 2011, Hamill earned an MLA from the University of Richmond.
