Author Chris Rylander enjoyed a rock star welcome in the middle school on Thursday, March 6. Chris’ teen series The Fourth Stall is very popular among the middle school students. Students enjoyed the chance to eat lunch with Chris and get their personal books signed. In the afternoon, the Battle of the Books team from Matoaca Middle School joined the St. Christopher’s students to learn more about creative process of writing a book and what inspired the plot and characters in his novels.
