Quick start spurs soccer
Three first-half goals enough
Doug West '13, Trey Romig '14 and Baxter Carter '14 registered first-half goals to lead the varsity soccer team over Trinity Episcopal Tuesday afternoon.
West reached the net off a header from Porter Reinhart '13 only two minutes into the contest to set the tone.
The Saints controlled the entire game spending most of the contest on the offensive. The Titans' goal came late, in the 85th minute.
St. Chris will travel to St. Anne's-Belfield Friday for a 4:30 pm game.
In other soccer news, the game with Christchurch has been rescheduled for Monday, October 29. The Saints led CCS 2-0 last Friday on two Reinhart goals before weather cancelled the contest. The Oct. 29 game will be replayed in its entirety.
