Members of StC's Class of 2027 are recognized for outstanding academic achievement.
This morning, we were delighted to induct nine seniors into the St. Christopher's chapter of the Cum Laude Society. In a ceremony in Ryan Recital Hall, alumnus Matthew Philips '97, journalist and director of Washington Enterprise at CNN, spoke to the Upper School before the community honored these high-achieving young men.
Founded in 1906, the Cum Laude Society recognizes and honors outstanding secondary school academic achievement internationally. Chapters may elect up to 20 percent of the senior class, and members must also maintain a record of good character and academic integrity.
This morning's event honored the following members of the Class of 2027, who represent the top 10 percent of their class academically.
