Football cannot be stopped

The Saints entered this football game ranked number 1 in the state for the VISAA Division 1, and they did not disappoint. The Saints walloped Fork Union Military Academy 48-7. This was the first home game back for the Saints after a 4-game away streak, and they gave a cold student section a lot to cheer for.
Dickinson commit Nikkos Kovanes '22 continued his impressive season with 2 more touchdowns on the ground. Joshua Powell '22 threw for 167 yards and tacked on 2 touchdowns, both to star wide receiver Andre Greene Jr. '22.
The defensive game for the Saints was the more impressive part of the team regarding stats. The team accumulated 5 forced fumbles and 2 interceptions, a total of 7 turnovers. Lead tackler Harrison Wood '22 had 2 of those fumbles. Kovanes had both a forced fumble and an interception.
The Saints will host Woodberry Saturday, October 16 at 2 pm during Homecoming.
