Baseball ties Walsingham Academy

Walsingham Academy proved to be the Saints' best competition so far this year, tying them 5-5. 

Saints were down 3-5 heading into the 7th inning, but they scored two runs to tie it at 5 a piece. Four more innings were played, but both teams could not find home plate. 

Captain Griffin O'Ferrall '21 brought his A game, going 2 for 4 with 3 RBIs. He also hit two home runs on the day. Senior Pete Bell '21 also had a home run and added 2 RBIs. The Saints committed two errors, while Walsingham Academy committed zero. 

Saints are now 4-0-1 and have a double-header this Saturday, April 10. They play Cape-Henry Collegiate at 11 a.m. and Norfolk Academy at 2:30 p.m. Both games are away.
