Upper Schoolers Join Little Saints for Spanish Language Lesson
StC freshmen lead an interactive Spanish reading.
A good way to master something is to teach it. This week, a class of StC freshmen visited Little Saints daycare to read stories in Spanish.
The boys practiced their language skills writing the stories themselves and reading aloud. It reinforced classroom lessons while exposing Little Saints to another language in a fun way. “My goal is for them to remember this a lot better than they would in a normal educational setting,” said Upper School Spanish Teacher Asha Bandal. “They are getting the chance to be the teachers in this situation.”
