Beck '19 is Leadership Award Nominee
Cross country captain earned a perfect 1600 on his SAT.

Joe Beck '19 is the Lexus of Richmond Week 5 Nominee for the Leadership Award Scholarship.
Beck carries a 4.6 grade-point average and scored a perfect 1600 on his SAT. He is an AP Scholar with Distinction, receiving four perfect scores on his final AP exams.
Beck is also the co-founder and co-president of the Investment Club, participates with StC's Battle of the Brains team and has spent over 30 hours volunteering for FeedMore.
Athletically, Beck is a four-year member of the cross country team, and has been the captain for the past two seasons. He helped lead StC to the Prep League and VISAA titles in 2017, and the Prep League crown in 2018 with the VISAA meet coming up Friday, Nov. 9 at Fork Union. Beck is also a starter and captain of the tennis team, and runs indoor track.
