Fernandez '16 repeats as state POY

McCray '16 second team, Peyton Coach of the Year.

University of Richmond-bound Matthew Fernandez '16 was named state VISAA Division I player of the year for the second straight season.

Fernandez was a perfect 19-0 in singles this year, leading the Saints to their second consecutive state title.

Coach Richard Peyton repeated as coach of the year. Stephen McCray '16, StC's No. 2 player, was named second team, also a repeat selection.
