Afternoon enrichment with Discovery Chess is an exploration into what makes chess the greatest game of all time! In this program, students who are new to chess and experienced chess players can meet and learn together. Students will have dynamic opportunities to discover, learn, and play each week through hands-on activity challenges, puzzles, quick studies, the incorporation of technology, and other strategy games. Our creative approach to introducing chess emphasizes that chess is first a game. We make learning to play accessible and magnetizing so every student  in our inclusive space will have the very best experience discovering chess and its kaleidoscope of benefits.
