Fitness, sports skills, high energy games, strength building - It is all wrapped up in a session of Pop, Hop & Rock! Whether we are jumping, running, or galloping we are building hand-eye coordination, core strength, and grip strength. Using noodles, hula hoops, balls, scooter boards, parachutes, and more, we will get physical through play, using critical and creative thinking as we hop, roll, drag, throw, and kick our way to fun. Children will leave exhilarated, with a stronger sense of gross motor skills and foundational sports moves.
