  • Summer Lifting Schedule

    Dates: June 9 - August 1, 2025
    Days: Monday through Friday (excluding holidays, Juneteeth, Independence Day)
    Times: 8-10 a.m., 3-5 p.m.

    Pertinent Info
    * Grades 7-12 are welcome!!!
    * Workouts are by individual. Come as often as you can.
    * Football players grades 8-12 are invited to on-field workouts Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning June 10 with the varsity coaches. Those players will then lift at 9 a.m. with the strength and conditioning coaches.
    * The strength coaches will stay beyond the ending session time, if needed, but please try to arrive earlier enough to give yourself ample time within the given time blocks.
