Saints Dominate Fork Union

On Saturday, April 18, the Saints played a home matchup against FUMA, winning 11-0 in a mercy rule win in 5 innings.

Plenty of the Saints had their time to shine at the plate, with 6 players netting one or more runs. Sophomores Henry Rotter and James Carney both scored twice, and Jud Carithers '27, Jaerron Johnson '27, Connor Lacy '28, and Gibson Beck '28 each rounding home plate once. Beck also had an impressive 3 RBIs, and Johnson hit a triple.

The Saints' bullpen had a combined no-hitter between 5 different pitchers, with Jax Davis '26 starting and Lacy, Carney, Palmer Berry '28, and Wesley Connor '27 each coming in to pitch an inning. 

The Saints' next matchup will be at home on Wednesday, April 22 against Highland, who currently hold a 9-5 record.
