On Saturday, April 11, the varsity baseball traveled to Steward, where it dominated in a 10-0 win.

Avery Peay '29 pitched a complete game with 4 Ks and only 5 hits allowed in an impressive showing on the mound. On the offensive end, Jaerron Johnson '27 continued a dominant season, going 3 for 4 at the plate and scoring twice.

Austen Wrinkle '26 and Wesley Connor '27 combined for two doubles and 4 RBIs.

The win came at a crucial time, providing the Saints with some momentum after a 12-2 loss against STAB on the April 10. Gibson Beck '27 and Johnson both hit home runs in that game for the team's only scores. 

The Varsity Baseball team's next matchup will be at home against their league rival Trinity on Tuesday, April 14, 4:45 pm.
