Track Wins First Away Meet

Varsity Outdoor Track and Field competed in its third meet of the season on Saturday, April 11.
In the largest meet they had been a part of so far, the competition seemed like it would be more difficult for the Saints. With strong performances across the board, the Saints took home the victory by a very narrow margin.
Once again, shot put was dominant. Three of the top five finishers were from St. Christopher's. James Segneri '26 took first place once again. Grayson Jones '28 placed fourth in the 1600-meter run with an impressive time of 4:22.76. The Saints placed first in two events, including the 4x100 relay and 400-meter dash (ran by Coleman Mayer '27), with times of 42.59 and 49.68, respectively.
Track and Field's next meet will be at Collegiate School on Wednesday, April 15 at 3:30 pm.
