But wait, there’s more! Extend the day with our Afternoon Adventures Camp where campers will have the opportunity to dabble in activities like outdoor sports, arts and crafts, indoor games, technology, and free play on our giant Saints playground. We will have a blast while developing key skills like teamwork, self-esteem, sportsmanship, leadership, and kindness. Each day will bring a unique blend of activities so campers will have a variety of experiences and make lasting memories. 

Our staff will pick up campers from their morning camp and escort them to our dining hall for lunch. You have the option to purchase our boxed lunch made on-site daily by our food service vendor, Flik Independent Dining, or campers can bring their lunch from home.

Afternoon Adventures is not paired with all of our morning camps. We have pre-selected specific morning camps so the same group of campers stay together for the week to minimize risk and maximize safety. Select from these pre-selected camps →
 
Boxed Lunch

  • Roving with Robotics II

    Rising 2nd - 4th Graders

    Do you love LEGOS® and robots? Let’s combine both into this exciting camp using LEGO® Mindstorms EV3 Robotics. Campers will tackle real-world problems and solve them by designing and programming robots. Through a fun, hands-on LEGO® building experience, campers will learn the basics of programming. Join us for a fun-filled week of exploring!

  • Ultimate LEGOs® I

    Become a Lego brickmaster! Use you imagination to build freestyle using our massive Lego collection or choose from our vast array of pre-designed sets. One of our most popular sessions, campers love to be creative while strengthening their math and strategic problem-solving skills without even realizing it. Sky’s the limit for this camp!

    Come one, come all! Whether you are a beginning, novice, or a seasoned player, this camp caters to all skill levels. Once you are grouped by age and ability, you will work on developing the fundamentals of the game with an emphasis on footwork and proper stroke technique. We stress the importance of “no bad habits,” so the improvement process will not be restricted. If you are a more experienced player, we will focus on taking your game to another level.

  • Dragons, Wizards and Fairies Oh MY! Art Camp

    ​Imaginary lands and creative creatures come to life during our magical art camp. We will delve into clay, paper mâché, paint, pastels, and more for a magical week of merriment!  On the final day of camp, the students’ artwork and stories come together during a special art show. All art materials are provided.

  • Wizard Camp II

    An owl has a special invitation waiting to turn your muggle into a wizard. Hogwarts School (relocated for one week to St. Christopher’s School) will be the host for all things Harry Potter. Your young wizard will experience the thrill of being sorted into houses, making wands, creating basic potions, and playing “Quidditch.” Do you dare try a Bertie Bott’s Bean? Who knows, you may even help win the House Cup!

  • All Star Baseball I

    Whether your slugger is learning what hand to wear the glove on or is ready for the Major Leagues, boys and girls will practice hitting, throwing, and catching skills with seasoned coaches and Varsity players. Each day starts and ends with a baseball game against players of similar age or ability with a focus on teamwork and sportsmanship.

  • Fiesta! Art Camp

    El Días de los Muertos may not sound very festive, but it is truly a celebration of life! We will be inspired by the amazing designs and colors of Latin Lands in a week that will bring a cultural flare to your summer. From Frida Kahlo’s surreal paintings, to native clay works, your child will be immersed in the sites, sounds, textures, and colors of many Central and South American countries. We will create beautiful art inspired by the festive customs of Mexico, mesmerizing ceramic sugar skulls, and so much more! This is a week not to be missed! All art materials are provided.

  • Uke ā€˜nā€™ Roll®

    It’s the newest instrument craze to hit the United States! Learn to play classic songs on the Ukulele in just one week! Using the Uke ‘n’ Roll method campers will be singing along to their “uke” while learning music fundamentals.

    Come shoot some hoops and spend a week working on basketball skills while playing games with St. Christopher’s Varsity players and coaches! Campers will work on the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense, all while developing a passion for the game. Coaches will emphasize the important values of teamwork and sportsmanship in an age-appropriate competitive environment.

  • Colorama! Art Camp

    Ah, bright colors; light, pure and beautifully mixed to create a palette sure to warm your child’s heart and cool the Dog Days of Summer! This week will be an adventure in learning how colors can create mood and expression. We will explore how artists have used the power of color throughout history to entice the viewer into their worlds. We will apply color through a variety of media on both 2D and 3D surfaces. All art materials are provided.
