St. Christopher’s will be canceling on-campus summer programs through Friday, July 17. If you have already registered for an on-campus enrichment, athletic, or day camp offering between June 8 and July 17, we will be refunding your payment by June 1.

  • Get A Jump Start on 5th Grade Reading & Writing

    With summer winding down, let’s get a jump start before you start 5th grade. We will engage in a variety of captivating reading and writing activities that will have your imagination running wild. We’ll brush up on the skills you mastered last year, and take a sneak peek at what lies ahead this fall. We’ll use fun, interactive games to strengthen your reading, writing, and math skills. Connect with old friends and make some new friends as we prepare ourselves for an exciting fresh start into 5th grade!

  • Art Like an Egyptian

    Rising JK - 5th Graders
    July 20-24
    9:00 am - 12:00 pm

    We will follow the Nile in style on an art adventure sure to satisfy your young creative explorer! We will “unearth” many a mystery that shrouds this fabled desert land. We will create our own mummy’s hand complete with modern-day bling, eloquent cats, large clay scarabs, and a few mysteries of our own. We will use a variety of media to assemble our artifacts and perfect our own version of papyrus to use as part of our elaborate scrolls. Our final day will include a presentation of the children’s works as well as their own explanation of what they learned throughout the week. All materials are included.

  • COLOR BLAST!

    Rising JK - 5th Graders
    August 3-7
    9:00 am - 12:00 pm
    $225
    Ah, bright colors; light, pure and beautifully mixed to create a palette sure to warm your child’s heart and cool the Dog Days of August! This week will be an adventure in learning how colors can create mood and expression. We will explore how artists have used the power of color throughout history to entice the viewer into their worlds. We will apply color through a variety of media on both 2D and 3D surfaces. As with all of our camps, a gallery show will be given at the end of the week for our talented artists’ families. All materials are included.

  • Cuentos en Espanol (Spanish Stories)

    Rising 5th - 6th Graders
    August 10-14
    9:00 am - 10:30 am

    10:30 am - 12:00 pm
    $150
    Spend a week being immersed in Spanish through storytelling.  In this class, you will acquire the seven most frequently used verbs in Spanish. Students will create their own short story at the end of the week. This class is designed to help students who have had no Spanish or just a little bit of Spanish feel comfortable before entering a Spanish class in the fall.

  • Everyday I’m Calculatin’

    Rising 5th Graders
    August 10-14

    $225
    Review and refresh your 4th-grade math skills to help with the transition from 4th-grade to 5th-grade mathematics. Special emphasis will be placed on number sense of whole numbers, fractions, and decimals and basic computation with whole numbers. You will use a variety of games and interactive experiences to make math meaningful and fun!
