Extend the Day!

Early-Bird Hours: Get a headstart on camp with our Early-Bird hours. This program runs from 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. daily. Counselors will escort campers to their camp session at 9:00 a.m. The cost of the program is $35 a week.

Hot Summer Deal! Does your camper want to play all day? 
You can register your child for an Enrichment, Athletic or Academic Camp as well as our Summer Experience Day Camp during the same week. We will reimburse you $75 for the overlap in the morning. (No discount on outside vendor camps.) Our staff will meet your child at pick up from their morning camp and escort them to Summer Experience Day Camp.

Simply register for both camps and send an email to summer@stcva.org with your child's full name, your name, and your phone number. Please put "Overlapping Camps" in the subject line.

Don't forget! You can sign up for Early-Bird Hours, 7:30 - 9:00 am and After-Hours, 4:00 - 6:00 pm, if needed.

  • Basketball Session I

Campers will work on the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense all while developing a passion for the game.  Coaches will emphasize the important values of teamwork and sportsmanship in an age-appropriate competitive environment.

  • Tennis Session I

    Rising K - 8th Graders
    June 11 - 15

    Here’s the chance to get together with friends to work on your tennis skills. This program is designed for beginners, novices and seasoned players. Participants will be grouped together by age and ability. If you are a beginner, you will be taught the proper fundamentals of the game with an emphasis on proper footwork and stroke production. We stress the importance of “no bad habits” so the improvement process will not be restricted. If you are a more experienced player, we identify your weaknesses and improve upon them to enable you to take your game to another level. Eight outdoor courts in our tennis facility, plus five indoor courts in Bolling Field House, make our facilities some of the best around. Come see for yourself! Our “beginners” program is designed to introduce the fundamentals to children that have never played before. We will use undersized racquets along with other modern teaching techniques that will develop hand-eye coordination at an early age. All the great players started young!

Campers will learn fundamental football rules, terminology, and basic strategy. Each day will include individual instruction as well as competitive touch football games. Athletes of all experience levels are welcome and no equipment is required other than cleats/sneakers, athletic clothes and a willingness to play hard and have fun.

    This co-ed camp is for the serious basketball player who aspires to play at the high school level. Each session will be conducted like a varsity workout. The primary focus will be on improving each player’s ball-handling skills, shooting form, and offensive moves using both the left and right hand. Campers will learn about reading screens, team defense, team offense, and there will be scrimmages each day. In order to run this unique camp like a real varsity high-school practice, registration is limited.

    Challenger Sports' British Soccer Camp is the most popular soccer camp in the country based upon one of the most innovative approaches to coaching youth soccer in the US and Canada.

    Our experienced International staff study the game at all levels and will help players improve their core techniques and become more confident on the ball.
    With programs for each age, the curriculums includes a variety of foot skills, technical drills, tactical practices, freestyle soccer, small-sided games and coached scrimmages.

    World Cup style games are held each day where campers compete for their adopted country and are encouraged to learn about different customs and cultures, and our core values of respect, responsibility, integrity, sportsmanship and leadership.

    Prepare for Middle School Football! This evening camp will expose players in a safe way to contact and tackle football. We will target three essential areas of football: positional skills, speed/agility/strength development, and competitive sportsmanship. Individual instruction and competitive games will improve offensive, defensive, and special teams positional skills. Campers will work on developing their balance, coordination, dynamic acceleration, explosive power, and overall conditioning demanded by competitive football. Campers will be taught by Saints' football coaches and experienced upperclassmen players. Athletes of all experience levels are welcome. As some drills will entail partial contact, St. Christopher's School will provide campers with a helmet, shoulder pads, and mouthpiece. Campers are responsible for their own cleats/sneakers, athletic clothes, and a willingness to play hard and have fun.
