XC places 6th at VISAA Meet
Will Wise '22 finished fourth overall with 21-second PR.
FINAL RESULTS
The cross country team placed sixth in the VISAA state cross country meet Thursday, Nov. 11.
Will Wise '22 saved his best for last, placing fourth overall in 16:43, 21 seconds better than his personal best to earn all-state honors.
"I followed the plan," Wise said, "and I'm really happy with the result."
The Saints had Oliver Fitch '22 (18:07), Liam Kurzawa '25 (18:10), George Beck '23 (18:14) and Patrick Mayer '24 (18:19) score.
StC was down Holden Valerie '23 (sick) and Macon Moring '23 (injury), but was pleased with the effort from the team, and also received PR's from Mayer and Henry Leister '22.
