Varsity Football kept its foot on the gas with a 21-7 win over St. Stephen's/St. Agnes. 

 

Joshua Powell '22 kept up his impressive senior season with 2 more touchdowns through the air, along with 1 rushing touchdown, scoring all 3 touchdowns for the Saints.  His first TD was a 69-yard bomb to Andre Greene '22. His second was a quick 7-yard pass to Joe Sullivan '22. Powell finished the game with a 2-yard QB sneak TD.

 

On defense, the Saints came to play.  The Dickinson-commit Nikkos Kovanes '22 finished with 8 tackles, including 2 tackles for loss. Henry Omohundro '24 recorded the Saints only sack along with 2 tackles for loss. 

 

The Saints will continue their four-game road trip when they travel to St. Alban's for a 2:00 pm game on September 18th.
