Three members of the varsity lacrosse team were named 2019 US Lacrosse All-Americans recently.
Forward Luke Valentine '19, midfielder Hartley Jordan '19 and keeper Walker Wallace '20 were honored for the Virginia-Private area, three of seven to be named.
Wallace was also named to the All-Academic team, the only player to be named to both units. Coach John Burke was selected as coach of the year.
Jordan, a VMI signee, scored 26 goals and registered 11 assists and was strong defensively.
Valentine poured in a team-high 51 goals and dished out 23 assists.
Wallace stopped 68% of the shots he saw and was a fantastic passer to start the offensive. He had 170 saves, as the trio led StC to a 19-1 record.
