"We Are Listening" is a blog founded and managed by Mrs. Kathleen Thomas' journalism students. The boys have interviewed and continue to interview a broad spectrum of women about their experiences, seeking a deeper awareness of women's issues for themselves and also using their website www.wearelisteningrva.com to empower the StC and Richmond communities to challenge discriminatory gender norms and to become empathetic allies of women. 

So far the boys have captured stories from Upper School faculty members including math teacher Martha Abrew,  Chaplain Whitney Edwards, Librarian Marsha Hawkins, Academic Instructional Technologist Carey Pohanka and St. Catherine's students Eleanor Lynch '19 and Isabelle Molster '19.
