The Saints traveled to SSSA on Saturday and came home with their first win of the season by a score of 17-7.
The game was very defensive sided and the rushing game was huge for both teams. Hartley Jordan '19 carried for 124 yards and 2 touchdowns. The Saints defense caved during the fourth quarter and gave up one touchdown an an 80-yard run, but a strong kicking game from Jack Siewers '20, who drilled a 36-yard field goal, propelled the Saints past St. Stephen's/St. Agnes.
Next up, StC hosts Woodberry Forest Saturday, Sept. 15 at 1 pm.
