The varsity golf team finished second at the Prep League tournament at the Federal Club Tuesday, just three strokes behind champion Woodberry Forest.

Drew Brockwell '18 had a wonderful day, shooting a 1-under 71, just a stroke behind medalist Basil Boyd of Woodberry. Right behind Brockwell was Clifford Foster '18, who rode into the clubhouse with an even 72 as the Saints duo placed second and third overall in the 18-hole match.

Ben Cooper '19 shot a 5-over 77 and Connor Johnson 6-over 78 to round out the scoring for the Saints. Brockwell, Foster and Cooper earned all-Prep League honors.

The Saints compete in the state VISAA tourney Monday at Meadowbrook Country Club.
