St. Christopher's named as a Top Work Place

Richmond Times-Dispatch award comes from results of employee survey
The Richmond Times-Dispatch has named St. Christopher's School a Top Work Place for for 2017. This recognition is based solely on surveys about the work place completed by our faculty and staff.

The newspaper partnered with WorkplaceDynamics, an employee research firm, to conduct a comprehensive survey of employees in the region that covers numerous topics affecting workplace life, from pay and benfits to training and work-life balance. The school was recognized in the midsize category of organizations with 125-399 employees. St. Christopher's has 231 employees.

"I am in no way surprised that St. Christopher’s earned this distinction, given what I have learned in a very short time on this campus," says Head of School Mason Lecky. "Our faculty and staff believe in our mission of bringing out the best in every boy we serve, and we treat our work here as more of a calling than employment."

St. Christopher's offers professional development opportunities, comprehensive benefits, tuition reiumbursement for continuing graduate education, and benefits such as complimentary lunch and other meals.
