Nick Biddison '18 will continue his baseball career at the University of North Carolina.

Biddison chose to commit to the Tar Heels after an unofficial visit. A talented infielder and hitter, Biddison had overtures from many of the nation's top programs, including Virginia, Vanderbilt, South Carolina and Penn State.

"I really liked the facilities, the campus, everything about it," Biddison said. "It felt more like a family. They were more focused on you as a person. They were all working together and getting along."

Biddison started at shortstop for StC as a freshman, batting .311 on his way to all-Prep League honors. He put up a .925 fielding percentage as well, with three years left to swing the bat for StC.

"I do have a long way to go," Biddison said. "Right now my focus is on baseball this year and possibly winning a state championship for St. Chris."

Biddison joins Virginia Tech golf commit Drew Brockwell '18 as StC sophomores that have committed to schools.
