This form should be given directly to your son’s current school. Once an application has been submitted, this form can be found on your son’s admissions checklist on Saintsnet and also on the application forms page.
St. Christopher’s requires two current Teacher Recommendations for your son (typically, your son’s current English and Math teachers). You may send a request for recommendation to your son’s teacher through the admissions checklist on Saintsnet. You are encouraged to request that his teacher use the online tool for submitting recommendation forms, as this ensures accuracy and timeliness of submission. If preferred, your son’s teacher may mail or fax a paper recommendation to our Admissions Office.
Once you have submitted an application, the WISC-V and achievement testing forms will be available to you on Saintsnet.
Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children – Fifth Edition (WISC-V)
Achievement Testing (Comprehensive Testing Program – CTP 4). St. Christopher’s requires that your son take two subtests of the CTP 4 achievement test (in addition to the WISC-V) as a part of the admissions process. The following group testing dates are offered at St. Christopher's School.

During the shadow visit we usually schedule one of the required Admissions tests as well as have your son complete the required writing sample. A normal shadow day will conclude after lunch in the afternoon.
Visits are typically scheduled on Wednesdays & Thursdays after December 1, 2017.
