Myles Brown '15 was awarded the 20th Lexus Pursuit of Perfection Leadership Award at the banquet Tuesday night.

Brown will continue his education at Notre Dame while playing soccer for the Fighting Irish.

"I'm so honored to receive the Lexus of Richmond Leadership Award," said Brown, who will receive a $10,000 scholarship toward his education. "I'm just thankful for the nomination from St. Christopher's, and I am humbled that the Lexus committee chose me out of a group of thirty seniors, all with tremendous resumes and qualifications.

"I also want to thank my parents and the St. Christopher's community for all of their love and support through the years. They have molded me into the person I am today, and I am forever grateful for the value and insight that they have added to my life."

Among many accolades, Brown carries a 4.2 grade-point average, is the Missionary Society president and one of the top soccer midfielders in the United States.

St. Christopher's had four weekly nominees this school year, the most of any school. The others were Fleet Wallace '15 (Will attend Cornell), Richard Bailey '15 (University Virginia) and Logan Ende '15 (University of Virginia).

St. Christopher's graduates Aoky Sarhan '12 (Yale) and Ted Gottwald '10 (Virginia Military Institute) also won the prestigious award.
