Congratulations to our National Merit Commended Scholars L-R Austin Cashwell, Tanner Hood, James Armstrong, Andrew Vanichkachorn, Thomas Kehoe, and Frost Wood, and to National Merit Semifinalist Jackson Barkstrom. Commended students score in the top five percent of more than 1.6 million students who entered the 2017 competition by taking the 2016 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT). Semifinalists are the highest-scoring program entrants in each state and represent the top 0.5 percent of the state's senior students. Congratulations, boys!
