Varsity Soccer Wins Menno Classic

Varsity soccer won the Menno Classic on Saturday, defeating the Highland School 3-0.

John Flood '19, Miller Farley '18, and Ben Cooper '19 all scored for the Saints, who move to 8-1-1 on the season.

Captain Garrett Levy '17 was named tournament MVP and Alexander Levengood '19 and captain Frost Wood '17 were both named to the all-tournament team.

The Saints face Collegiate on Tuesday at home at 4:30 PM.

Friday, varsity soccer survived a test from Trinity School at Meadow View, winning 1-0 in the first round. The game's only goal came from Levengood. The Saints' defense pitched its fifth shutout of the year behind goalkeeper Jalen Maurice '17. 

Earlier Saturday, the team took down Christchurch, 2-0, in the semifinal round. Alex Johnson '19 and Noah Nicholson '19 both scored for the Saints.
