Dunlevy '14 shines in summer baseball

Second in MVP voting in Hamptons League.
Matt Dunlevy '14 performed spectacularly in the Hamptons Collegiate Baseball League this summer.

The rising VMI junior finished second in league MVP voting, leading the league with a .372 batting average for the Westhampton Aviators. Dunlevy helped the Aviators to the league's best regular-season record, scoring 34 runs and knocking in 19 others, while swiping 12 bases. He also made the All-Star Game.

The outfielder started 42 of his 51 games as a sophomore for the Keydets in 2016, batting .275 with four home runs and 32 RBI.
